
SUV-Tractor Crash Claims Life of Southeast Minnesota Woman
Faribault, MN (KROC-AM News)- A crash involving a tractor claimed the life of a southeast Minnesota woman over the weekend.

She was driving an SUV that collided with the farming equipment. There was also a passenger in her vehicle.
The fatality occurred shortly before 5:00 on Sunday afternoon.

The State Patrol responded to the fatal crash on Hwy. 3 just north of Faribault where the northbound SUV and southbound tractor collided as the tractor attempted to make a left turn.
Faribault Woman Dies in Crash With Tractor in Rice County, MN
58-year-old Laura Jean Daily of Faribault was identified as the SUV driver. She was rushed to a hospital in Northfield where she was pronounced dead, according to the state crash report.
30-year-old Brianna Ashlynn Daily was riding with Laura. The Faribault woman was also taken to a Northfield hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The tractor operator, identified as 64-year-old Myron John Reuvers of Faribault, escaped the fatal crash without injuries. Alcohol was not involved in the fatality and both Laura and Brianna were buckled up, the state crash report says.
North Memorial Ambulance, Northfield Ambulance, the Rice County Sheriff’s Office and the Faribault Fire Department also responded to the deadly crash.
