Dover Man Found Unresponsive On Street With ‘Serious Head Injury’

Dover, MN (KROC AM News) - A man who was found unresponsive on a street in Dover Thursday night later underwent emergency surgery for an apparent serious head injury.
Olmsted County Sheriff’s Capt. Scott Behrns says deputies were called to the 100 block of Main St N. near Road Trip Bar and Grill just before 10 pm.
They found the man was breathing but unconscious and blood was coming from both ears. It’s not known how long he had been on the street.
He was flown by Mayo One to St. Marys Hospital. There is no word on his medical condition.
Behrns says the 36-year-old man is from Dover and may have been involved in a confrontation.
Behrns says “this is an active investigation.”
