The criminal complaint, filed in Olmsted County Court earlier this week, states the alleged vehicle theft happened last October.

He is one of four Olmsted County residents to die in crashes involving motorcycles in less than a week.

Deputies and other first responders were called to the scene of the fatal collision around 3:45 Saturday afternoon.

Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office Captain Tim Parkin said deputies responded to the fatal incident around 5:15 Sunday afternoon.

The criminal complaint, filed in Olmsted County Court on Tuesday, says the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office responded to the motorcycle accident on Saturday.

51-year-old Charles Antonio Webster Sr. is charged with third-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter and first-degree drug sales.

Court documents say the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office seized nearly 90 grams of meth, over five grams of cocaine and nearly a gram of fentanyl.

Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office Captain Tim Parkin says deputies responded to the deadly crash around 4 p.m.

Multiple seats are on the ballot in Rochester at all three levels of government. The Primary Election is August 11 and Election Day is November 3.

The local law enforcement agency was one of many that participated in a statewide extra enforcement campaign focused on distracted drivers.
