Winona, MN (KROC-AM News) - A traffic crash in a construction work zone could impact travel in an area of south of Winona for several hours this morning.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation says southbound Highway 61 is completely closed and one northbound lane of the highway is affected by the single-vehicle crash about 5 miles south of Winona. A detour has been established for all southbound traffic until further notice.

Details about the crash have not been released, but a news release from MnDOT indicates none of the workers at the construction site were hurt.
