Happy Friday!  Way, way back in 1946, Lester Flatt and  Earl Scruggs, along with Bill Monroe, recorded "Blue Moon of Kentucky" and "Toy Heart"
Exile bass player, Sonny Lemaire was born in 1947 in Fort Lee, Virginia.
Founding member of The Bellamy Brothers, David Bellamy was born in 1950 in Darby, Florida.

Looking at the Billboard country singles chart, David Houston and Tammy Wynette were #1 with "My Elusive Dreams" in 1967.  Tim McGraw held that position in 1995, and remained there for five weeks with "I Like It, I Love It".

And in 1991, Willie Nelson married Annie D'Angelo in Nashville's St. Alouin Church.
