Ugh - Monday again.  Where does the weekend go?  September 14, 1978 Danielle Peck was born in North Carolina.  Danielle burst onto the country music scene in 2006 with her hit "Findin' A Good Man".

Songwriter Beth Nielsen Chapman was born this date in 1956.  Beth wrote several country music hits including "Five Minutes" by Lorrie Morgan and "This Kiss" by Faith Hill.

The Hollywood Walk of Fame received a new star in 1979 - that of Kenny Rogers.
