Restless Heart guitarist, Greg Jennings, was born in 1954 in Nicoma Park, Oklahoma.  In addition to performing with Restless Heart, he joined BlackHawk and Dan Seals on some tunes.
Singing "Blue Moon of Kentucky", in 1954 Elvis Presley made the only appearance of his career at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium on the Grand Ole Opry stage.
The Everly Brothers received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1986.
And finally, in 1991 President George Bush became the first president to attend the CMA awards presentation.  That night Garth Brooks won four awards.
