Where is the time going?  It's already mid-October.

Back in 1960, a young Loretta Lynn made her Grand Ole Opry debut singing "I'm A Honky Tonk Girl".

In 1988, the #1 Billboard country single was "Streets Of Bakersfield" sung by Dwight Yoakam and Buck Owens.  Great song.

In 2010, Miranda Lambert's album "Revolution" was certified platinum.

And happy birthday to Kimberly Schlapman, born in 1969 in Toccoa, Georgia.  Kimberly is a member of the awesome group Little Big Town.
