In 2010, Blake Shelton proposed marriage to Miranda Lambert.  Well....the rest is history.

"Neon Moon" by Brooks and Dunn is #1 on the Billboard chart in 1992.

One of Merle Haggard's best, "Mama Tried" was recorded at Capitol Recording Studio in 1968.

And in 1989 Keith Whitley, husband of Lorrie Morgan, died from alcohol poisoning in Nashville.  Keith had recorded such hits as "When You Say Nothing At All" and "I'm No Stranger To The Rain".
