Today in 1940 in Teaneck, New Jersey, Ricky Nelson is born.  Ricky was a teen heartthrob star on "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet" and in his later career had four Top Ten country hits.

1942    Jack Blanchard was born in Buffalo, New York.  He had a huge novelty hit in 1970 with "Tennessee Bird Walk".

1982   "Always On My Mind" by Willie Nelson is #1 on the Billboard country chart.  What a fantastic song.

2004   The #1 single on the Billboard country chart is another great song, "You'll Think Of Me" by Keith Urban.
