Country Music History March 10

We're almost to the weekend folks - just a couple more days!  Hasn't it been hard to concentrate on work this week with the beautiful weather waiting for us outdoors?

Today we celebrate the birth date of the very talented Carrie Underwood who was born March 10, 1983 in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

Amy Grant married Vince Gill in Nashville in 2000.

"I Love A Rainy Night" by Eddie Rabbitt is certified gold in 1981.  The Billboard country singles chart in 2001 finds the #1 spot occupied by Diamond Rio and "One More Day"; while in 2007, it was "Ladies Love Country Boys" by Trace Adkins.
