I wonder if this is why some retailers have "Christmas in June" sales.  Today's date in 1949, Gene Autry recorded the classic "Rudolph, The Red-Nosed Reindeer".
It's Lorrie Morgan's birthday.  She was born in 1959 in Nashville.
"I've Been Everywhere" was recorded in 1962 by Hank Snow at RCA Studio B in Nashville.
"Common Thread - Songs of the Eagles" earns triple-platinum status in 1994.  This is a fabulous CD featuring country artists singing Eagles tunes including Alan Jackson, Travis Tritt, Diamond Rio and Vince Gill.
Skylar JoAnn Lawrence was born to parents Tracy Lawrence and his wife Becca in 2001.
And in 1993, Lyle Lovett married pretty woman Julia Roberts in Marion, Indiana.
