Country Music History January 2

Happy birthday to Roger Miller, born in Fort Worth, Texas, January 2, 1936.  Miller wrote and sang several hits including "Chug-A-Lug", "Dang Me", and his signature song, "King of the Road".

Emerson Drive keyboardist, Chris Hartman, is also celebrating his birthday today.  Chris was born in Alberta, Canada in 1978.

Grand Ole Opry member, Little Jimmy Dickens, died of cardiac arrest in Nashville in 2015.
