Good Saturday to you, friends.  Ronnie Milsap is the star of the show today.  He was born January 16, 1943 in North Carolina.  Throughout his career, he won six Grammy awards.  And in 1982, his "I Wouldn't Have Missed It For The World" is in the #1 position on the Billboard country singles chart.

I LOVE this song!  "Right On The Money", written by Phil Vassar and performed by Alan Jackson, is #1 on the Billboard chart in 1999.

And in 1953 on Highway 31 in Tennessee, Bill Monroe is involved in a head-on car crash.  He sustained more than 15 broken bones.
