Country Music History February 15

Good Monday mornin'!  It's going to be a hectic week around here, but that won't stop us from bringing you country music history!

"Please Help Me, I'm Falling", what a great song.  The singer of that classic, Hank Locklin, was born February 15, 1918 in McLellan, Florida.

Also celebrating a birthday today is young Tennessee Hawkins Church, son of Eric and Katherine Church.  Tennessee was born in 2015.

Looking at the Billboard charts for today's date, in 1975 the #1 country single was T.G. Sheppard and "Devil In The Bottle".  Garth Brooks and "What She's Doing Now" was #1 in 1992 and remained #1 for four weeks.
