Bicyclist Killed in Collision With School Bus
Brooklyn Park, MN (KROC-AM News) - There has been another deadly crash in the Twin Cities involving a bicyclist.
The Brooklyn Park Police Department today reported that officers responded to a traffic crash around 6:30 AM and found an adult male dead at an intersection near Crystal Airport. Officials say the victim was riding a bicycle and was struck by a school bus transporting 10 students to a nearby charter school. The children and the driver of the bus were not hurt. The name of the victim has not been released.
Less than two weeks ago, 13-year-old Patric Vitek was killed when he was struck by a vehicle while he was riding his bike to his middle school in Eagan.
