Last night, we had TWO GAMES on the airwaves! Cool 104 broadcasted the football game between Wabasha-Kellogg and Fillmore Central in a Falcons vs. Falcons matchup. SPOILER ALERT!!! The Falcons won. Fillmore Central assured themselves the #1 seed in the Section 1A tourament with a 27-2 victory.

The "Player of the Game" awards went to Tyson Ristau of FC, and Ryan Wolfe of WK.

The "Game Ball" was awarded to Drew Tienter of Fillmore Central.

KFIL broadcasted the football game between Goodhue and Rushford-Peterson. It was a great, hard-hitting battle! There were a LOT of miscues, however, as Goodhue turned the ball over 6 times. R-P used that advantage, and 240+ yards and 4 touchdowns from Noah Carlson to hang on to a 24-21 win. R-P should now receive the #2 Seed for the 1A tournament.

The "Player of the Game" awards went to Ryan Schoenfelder of the Wildcats, and Noah Carlson of the Trojans.

The "Game Ball" was awarded to Kyle Wiedemann of Rushford-Peterson.

Tonight, the regular season end for most others, and we'll do it all over again!! Cool 104 has St. Charles visiting Cotter- which gives ALL SIXTEEN of our area schools footbal coverage in the regular season. That's a tough accomplishment for us many years!

KFIL features a game that will be watched closely state wide!! In 9-man football, #1 Grand Meadow visits #2 Spring Grove! Both begin around 6:40 tonight on radio, online, and on the RadioPup App!
