Happy birthday today to Lee Brice, born in Sumter, South Carolina in 1979.

"Georgia on My Mind" by Willie Nelson, a remake of the Hoagy Carmichael hit, is number one on the Billboard chart in 1978.  If you've never heard Willie's version, it's definitely worth a listen.

The Number 1 spot on the Billboard chart in 1989 belonged to "A Better Man", Clint Black's debut hit single.

"Girls Lie Too" video by Terri Clark debuted on CMT in 2004.  One of the actors bears a striking resemblance to Johnny Depp's "Pirates of the Caribbean" character.

And in 2012, Wynonna Judd married Highway 101 drummer Cactus Moser in Leiper's Fork, Tennessee.
