Winter Closings and Delays for Tuesday, January 29

- Austin Public Schools - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday
- Byron Public Schools - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday; Project Kids will be open from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. All building reservations are canceled, all after-school activities and athletics are canceled. Staff should report per their contract language.
- Caledonia School District - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday; School-aged daycare will be open, all other events and activities canceled.
- Chatfield Public Schools - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday. No activities but Valleyland will be open.
- Dover-Eyota Public Schools - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday
- Fillmore Central Schools - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday; SACC and daycare will be open from 7 am-5 pm
- Fillmore County DAC - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday
- Hayfield Community Schools - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday; no school-aged child care; no preschool screening on Wednesday.
- Headstart - Freeborn County and Olmsted County - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday
- Houston Public Schools - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Howard-Winneshiek Community Schools - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday
- Kasson-Mantorville Public Schools - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday; project kids will be open from 8 am to 4 pm on both days.
- Lanesboro Public Schools - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Lyle Public Schools - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday; all activities canceled; no preschool.
- Minnesota State College Southeast - Red Wing and Winona Campuses closing at 5p on Tuesday and closed all day Wednesday.
- Northeast Community College, Calmar - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday
- NRHEG Public Schools - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday
- Owatonna Public Schools - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday; all activities and canceled; Elementary conferences postponed.
- Pine Island Schools - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday; no activities, online learning day for all students; panther pals open 7 am - 4 pm
- Plainview Elgin Millville Schools - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Rainbow School - Closed Tuesday
- Riceville Community Schools - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday; no activities.
- Rochester Public Schools - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday
- School Age Child Care will be open 8:30am-4pm at Northrop Education Center
- All Community Education/PAIIR and Preschool daytime and evening classes for early childhood, youth, adults, and adults with exceptional abilities are canceled
- Hawthorne Education Center will be closed
- All community building reservations are canceled
- All Professional Growth Academy classes are canceled
- All after-school activities and athletics are canceled, including the Superintendent’s Listening Post (we will reschedule for a later date

- St. Charles - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday - SACC also closed.
- St. John's Lutheran School - Wycoff - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday
- St. John's Wee Care - Stewartville - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday
- Winona Area Public Schools - Closed Tuesday and Wednesday; all activities canceled. Key Kids Snow Care will be provided at the middle school for registered families on Tuesday, no Key Kids Snow Care on Wednesday.
- Winona State University Rochester and Main Campus in Winona - All classes after 5pm canceled Tuesday, Closed Wednesday
