Which One Should I Get? Help Me Pick a Pet Bed

A friend's birthday is coming up in November and I need to get them a gift. I say them because the gift is a dog bed, and she and her husband both love-on this dog, so its a gift to her, but really a gift to them.
I've never purchased a dog bed, so I don't know what's what. Ralph is an older dog, no major health issues, but moving a little slower these days.

LOOK! They're buddies! This is way too big, but it talks about it being orthopedic. I assume that'll feel nice on Ralphs's tired bones as he lays down to sleep. The version in the picture is over $100, but Ralph'd fit into the $40ish one. See it on Amazon HERE.

I don't know what's in these doggy beds, but the price on this one is $1,918.43. At that price it should make Ralph breakfast in bed, too. lol
