Want to Live in Former Vikings’ GM Rick Spielman’s House?
If you're looking for a new house, how about the home of former Minnesota Vikings general manager, Rick Spielman?
Rick Speilman was dismissed from his post as general manager of the Vikings back in January, and now he's apparently also done with living here in the Land of 10,000 Lakes too, because his home in the Twin Cities is currently on the market.
The former Spielman home, located at 10240 Summer Place in Eden Prairie, is currently listed for sale by Jeffery Dewing of Coldwell Banker Realty. Jay Boller at Racket.com says Spielman bought the home, which was originally built in 1987, for $600,000 back in 2006.
It's currently listed for $975,000 and has 5,622 square feet of living space, including five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, three separate fireplaces, as well as an attached three-car garage. Check out the listing:
Beautifully updated two-story tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac backing up to Purgatory Creek! Enjoy the open floorplan with gourmet kitchen and four-season porch with walls of windows overlooking the backyard!
