UPDATE: Rochester Police Release More Info on Apparent Murder/Suicide

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Rochester police investigators are waiting for autopsy results before a final determination is made but it appears a father and son found dead Monday died in a murder/suicide.  

Police Capt. Casey Moilanen says the man’s wife returned home around 4:00 PM and discovered her 18-year-old son dead from an apparent suicide.

Officers later found the woman’s 61-year-old husband in another area of the home. 

Moilanen says investigators “have a lot of work” to do but some preliminary information may be released Tuesday afternoon.
