Unbelievable Pictures From MN State Patrol

The news story and photos below were recently posted on the Minnesota State Patrol Facebook page.  Unbelievable.

"It’s hard to believe nobody was seriously injured April 16 when this piece of plywood flew off a trailer being pulled by a pickup truck and through the windshield of an oncoming car on Highway 14 in Milford Township. Several area agencies searched for the suspect vehicle but it was never located.

The occupants of the passenger car — a 71-year-old man and 69-year-old woman from Edina — suffered minor cuts and scratches along with some glass in their eyes.

Loads are required by state law to be secured, so that no part of the load becomes loose or falls into the lane of traffic."
