The Minnesota Twins have been in talks with the Dodgers for a trade to get some pitching. That hasn't worked out so far, so there have been a couple minor signings by the ball club. The Twins signed minor league contracts with veteran right-handers Ryan Vogelsong and Nick Tepesch.

Ryan Vogelsong is a somewhat well-known name, as he was an All-Star in 2011 and won 2 World Series Titles with the San Francisco Giants. Vogelsong is looking to rebound from last season's 4.81 ERA in just 82.1 innings pitched.

Nick Tepesch spent just four innings in the majors last year with the Dodgers and had spent two seasons with the Texas Rangers before injuries prevented him from pitching in MLB in 2015. His ERA with the Rangers was 4.56 in 219 innings.

Make sure to tune into a new season of Twins baseball! Spring Training games are coming up in just a couple months!
