What's Considered Fully Vaccinated?

To be considered fully vaccinated in this mandate, you have to have the original course of shots, so a single Johnson & Johnson shot or the two shots from Pfizer/Moderna. No word on boosters.

There is no "end date" for the policy. Mayor Frey says it's temporary and a critical step to avoid businesses closing.

Any Exemptions?

While businesses serving food or drink inside are covered, schools, hospitals, grocery stores, and people picking up takeout are exempt. Minneapolis and St Paul both will release more info on the policy soon.
