I'm no math whiz, but one ticket will equal seven games this season for the University of Minnesota football team.

That's right, you'll be able to help Row The Boat when P.J. Fleck's Golden Gopher football team takes the field at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis-- and you'll only need one ticket to do it.

That's because the University of Minnesota has unveiled what they're calling the new Gopher Pass, the "most flexible ticket ever for Gopher football fans. For only $199.96, the Gopher Pass grants you access to all seven home games at TCF Bank Stadium in 2019," the U of M site said.

Again, I'm no expert, but if you do the math, that means you're getting into each Gopher home game this season for an average of $28.56 per game. That's a pretty good price! And you'll be seeing Minnesota face Wisconsin, Nebraska, Penn State, Illinois, Maryland, South Dakota State and Georgia Southern.

(Geez, I'm tempted to buy one just to see the Gopher/Badger game this year here in Minnesota-- though, of course, given my Wisconsin heritage, I'd be required to root for the team in red and white from Madison...)

The U of M site also noted that the new Gopher Pass "is an all-mobile ticket that allows fans to watch games from different locations each game," and that you'll be able to buy tickets as a group and then manage your locations right from your phone.

It's no secret that attendance at Gopher games has been dipping recently, so it's cool to see the U come up with a program that should hopefully put more fans in the stands at TCF Bank Stadium this fall.

You can get more info-- and buy your own-- Gopher Pass HERE.
