The iconic "Beverly Hillbillies" Mansion sold and the Hillbillies are on their way out! Okay, they never actually lived there but the house did sell. At a whopping $150 MILLION, yes you read that right, which is a record for the priciest residential sale in California history according to the LA Times.

"Chartwell" is the ultimate trophy and a legend cherished for generations.

The sprawling 10.39 acre estate is located at 875 Nimes Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90077, comes complete with 11 beds and 18 baths. Designed by Sumner Spaulding in 1930, the Bel-Air mansion is designed in the French Neoclassical style while the interior was renovated in the late 1980's by Henri Samuel.
