Are You Ready For the Wine Event of the Year? 🍷

Location: Mayo Civic Center Ballroom 1, 30 Civic Center Dr SE, Rochester, MN 55902

Time: Doors open for VIP at 5:00PM and GA at 6:00PM. Last call will take place at 8:45PM, with the event ending at 9:00PM.

Parking: Parking is located across the street at the Civic Center Parking Ramp. Look for the Parking Logo which will direct you to available lots and ramps. There are multiple events occuring at the Civic Center, so please note that parking may be limited. Carpooling and ridesharing is encouraged.

How to Check-In: After crossing the Skywalk from the parking area, you will be ID'd by security. No one will be admitted without an ID. You will then get your printed or e-ticket scanned. If you purchased through a third-party platform (not through Ticketmaster), your name will be on the Will Call list found in the Box Office.

Getting Started: You're in! Grab your souvenir glass and food tickets (if VIP), and get sipping! The festival is separated into four sections- red, white, rose, and sparkling. Enjoy all areas at your own pace.

What can I bring with me?

You are permitted to bring in a small bag (12" x 6" x 12"), but larger totes and backpacks will be turned away. You cannot bring any outside food or drink, weapons of any kind, illegal substances, or any animals that are not certified as a service animal (appropriate paperwork is required).

What do I get with my VIP ticket?

As one of our very important people, you get access to the festival ONE HOUR early! You also get access to top-shelf champagnes (only available from 5:00 - 6:00), and will receive an $8 food voucher.

Is there food available?

Yes! There will be food and non-alcoholic drink options available for purchase through the venue. You can view the menu below:

What other activities are available?

You can jam out to the D'Sievers Trio, enjoy our TWO amazing photobooths, and check out our local vendor booths!

Can I leave and come back?

Yes! Make sure to have your hand stamped on the way out or you will not be permitted back in.

My friends want to come, can they purchase a ticket at the door?

Absolutely- tickets will be available both at the door using a ticketing kiosk and at the Civic Center box office.

What wines are available?

There are over 80 types of wine available to sample- you're sure to find something you love! We will have tasting notes for each wine available for you to peruse as you sip the night away. See Wine List

How much wine do I get?

This is an unlimited wine sampling event, but please drink responsibly! We will not serve anyone displaying signs of heavy intoxication.

Are non-alcoholic options available?

Yes- the venue will be selling sodas and water at the concession stand.

I purchased my ticket on Seize the Deal- where do I check-in?

Your name will be listed on the Will Call list found in the Box Office. Please go there to pick up your tickets prior to checking in at the event.
