RPD also says Miller “has a history of sexual conduct and sexual contact with both known and unknown adult female victims. Conduct included holding one victim against her will and undressing in her presence. Contact has included sexual touching.” That incident happened in Iowa in 2011.

RPD says Miller has moved to a residence in the 600 block of 2nd St. SW.
