Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A man who was arrested for DWI three times in four months in Olmsted County has been sentenced to prison for his latest conviction.

Court records show 30-year-old Bahama Boehmke was arrested in April, May, and July of 2017 and in all three cases he was accused of being under the influence of heroin, not alcohol.

After pleading guilty in each case, he was given stayed prison sentences and placed on probation. But the judge in his case apparently had enough after continuous probation violations and executed a 5-year prison sentence last week.

Court records also show Boehmke had three alcohol-related convictions in 2007, 2010 and 2011.
