Rochester Man Accused of Sexually Abusing Teenager

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Several criminal sexual conduct charges have been filed against a Rochester man accused of sexually assaulting a teenager.

The criminal complaint filed Tuesday in Olmsted County Court against 34-year-old Joshua Anderson includes two counts of 1st-degree criminal sexual conduct.

According to the complaint, the girl told investigators the incidents began in 2016 when she was 14-years-old. She said the most recent was in June this year.

Anderson has been ordered to make his first court appearance February 6th.
