Rochester Area Winter Closings and Delays For Friday, January 25, 2019
There is a wind chill advisory in effect across Southeast Minnesota until Friday, January 25, 12:00 pm. Dangerously cold wind chills of -20 to -35 are expected Thursday night through Friday morning. Frostbite can occur in as little as 10-30 minutes to exposed skin.
