Preston Emergency Services Recognized By American Heart Association
Preston Emergency Services was recently recognized by the American Heart Association with the 2020 AHA STEMI Recognition Award.
It is the second time Preston EMS has been recognized with the award, the other coming in 2017. Here is what Preston EMS said about being recognized again on their Facebook Page.
"We are honored to announce Preston Emergency Service has earned the 2020 AHA STEMI RECOGNITION AWARD. With only a couple services in the state receiving this award per year we are excited to be receiving it for the 2nd time [2017 and 2020]. This achievement is a true representation of the hard work by our crew. This doesn't go without recognizing many others that make this possible including our dispatchers at Fillmore County, our officers and deputies who assist us on calls, our Medical Director Dr. Laudon and the Council members who support us by allowing us to have advanced equipment. Thank you for your support and Congratulations to our amazing CREW!"
It is another incredible achievement for the Preston EMS Crew! You can learn more about the recognition here.
