Monday Morning Memory April 25

Today's Monday Morning Memory is dedicated to Mike Sveen.  As most of you know, Mike worked at KFIL for many years as our Program Director and on-air personality.

I think it's safe to say that no one in the area had more love for and more knowledge of country music than Mike.  I believe you could sing one line of a song and Mike would know the name of the song, artist who sang it and what year it was released.  Mike truly loved KFIL.  And he loved people.  A broad, bright smile was always on his face, even when his health was failing.  His laugh was contagious.  As a side note, he loved Devon's meatloaf and loved to tease him about it!  We miss you, Mike Sveen, and talk about you often.  Your spirit lives on everyday at KFIL.
