Mora, MN (KROC AM News) - A recent spike in traffic fatalities in Minnesota continues.

At least two dozen people have been killed in accidents around the state the last few weeks.

The latest deadly incident happened Monday in east-central Minnesota in the town of Mora. The Minnesota State Patrol says a car struck a woman who was standing near the fog line of Highway 65 near the Snake River bridge around 5:00 AM. The woman was killed. She was identified as 36-year-old Alicia Storms of Mora.

A Perham man and his wife were killed Sunday evening in rural Becker County when the motorcycle they were riding collided with a van. The victims were identified as 50-year-old Leonard and 51-year-old Nancy Holmer. The Becker County Sheriff's Office says the driver of the van pulled in front of them from another road.
