Minnesota Offers Gift Cards, Scholarships To Vaccinated Kids

St Paul (KROC AM News) - Gifts cards and a shot at winning a huge college scholarship.
That’s the latest offer from the state of Minnesota to families whose kids aren’t Covid-vaccinated yet.
The state announced Tuesday Minnesota families who get their 5 to 11-year-old child fully vaccinated in January and February will receive a $200 Visa gift card. They must receive both doses by the end of February.
Officials also announced there will be drawings for five $100,000 Minnesota college scholarships for all fully vaccinated children 5-11-years-old, no matter when they received their shots. Details will be released at a later date.
