Minnesota Is A Top 10 State For Fun

Our friends at Wallet Hub took a look at which states were the most fun, and Minnesota landed right in the Top 10, right at number nine.

Wallet Hub looked across 26 key metrics of a good time and ranked all 50 states.

"With pure enjoyment in mind, WalletHub compared the 50 states across 26 key indicators of a jolly good time that won’t break the bank. They range from movie costs to accessibility of national parks to casinos per capita."

California, Florida, Nevada, and New York took the first four spots in the rankings. Illinois was ranked the highest state in the Midwest at number five and then Minnesota slotted in at number nine.

When diving deeper into the rankings, Minnesota ranked ninth in Entertainment and Recreation and was seventh in Night Life. Minnesota was also three in Most Performance Arts per Capita and was number two in Highest Personal Expenditures on Recreation Services per Capita.

Where Did Minnesota's Neighbors Land?

Wisconsin was number 15, South Dakota was 31, Iowa was 32, and North Dakota came in at number 35.
