The rally in corn and beans continued last week in a big way! Corn and beans have posted a higher weekly close for a number of weeks and the rally seems to be accelerating. You sure have to wonder how far this rally can go? But at this point it seems like it can continue as long as the weather forecast stays the same.

The weather in Brazil for their second crop of corn is very warm and dry. I saw one analyst this week suggest they could lose around 600 million bushel of corn. This is one of the major supporting factors of the big corn rally. Another of course is demand from China for corn and beans. Plus, the weather for planting this spring in the U.S. has been a little dry and very cool.
