The history of the comedians who came out of Chicago is pretty impressive. There are a lot of famous comedians originally from Illinois, but it doesn't stop there. The state is filled with amazingly funny comedians you've never heard of before.

Welcome to the Copley Comedy Series. On select Saturday nights through May 2 amazingly talented professional stand-ups take the stage in the intimate 165-seat Copley Theatre.

 

This comedy series features strictly comics who are from Illinois. When you scan through the lineup list, pay close attention to the names. Many of them have done shows in Rockford through the years. You can't go wrong with any of these shows because they all have great lineups.
