Fans Of Photo Booths Are Excited For A New Business That Opened In Illinois
I remember seeing photo booths all over the place when I was growing up. They were at the mall, amusement parks, museums, and other fun attractions. There weren't cell phones with cameras back in those days. You had to use film that required to be developed, and it wasn't cheap. So, there were very few pictures taken. Photo booths allowed you to take a "selfie" with your friend to capture the moment.

According to The Strip Club Photobooth Studio...
The Strip Club Photobooth Studio is a love letter to Photobooths, almost 20 years in the making.
Then, a few years ago, we were at a wedding, and there was a photo booth set up. My daughter absolutely loved it. In fact, she had one at her wedding just a few weeks ago. Now, many events have photo booths, and people go nuts for them. Most of them aren't an actual booth anymore, but it's still fun.

An Illinois couple were such fans of photo booths that they bought a vintage one. Then, they started building their own and renting them out for events. Now, they've opened up a storefront called The Strip Club Photobooth Studio in Chicago. Inside is a bunch of old-school photo booths. People line up to go in and check them out. Of course, to take pictures too. I call that the American dream.
