This Chicago White Sox Hot Dog Has People Doing A Double Take
Last month, I went to a Chicago White Sox game with a group of friends, and we were lucky enough to watch the game from a suite. It was one of the best ballpark experiences ever!
The suite was catered with pulled pork sandwiches, desserts, complimentary drinks, and of course hot dogs. Yes, I beelined for the hot dogs.
I loaded it up with mustard and relish, and before taking a bite, I remembered I was wearing my hot dog ring (aka my glizzy ring). It felt like the perfect photo opportunity, so I took a picture holding the hot dog in one hand and the ring on my finger on my other hand.
Instantly posted the photo to my Instagram story, because the world needed to see the iconic glizzy ring next to a real-life hot dog.

That's when I started getting all sorts of responses on my story.
"Is that a real hot dog?"
"Are you holding a plushie?"
"Tell me that's not real."
Some people even asked if it was AI lol. So I took a look at the photo again, and... honestly? I get why people kept questioning it.

For whatever reason, the angle, the lighting, the way I'm squeezing it, and the way the hot dog was positioned in my hand made it look almost too perfect to eat! It didn't have a "natural" look of a hot dog.
LET ME BE CLEAR: IT WAS REAL. I ATE IT.
It might look weird and fake, but I promise my belly enjoyed every bit of it.
