The first snowfall of the season might hit southeast Minnesota on Saturday. In anticipation of that, I have created a cheat sheet for us of things to remember/things we need to do before the snow flies.

It seems like every winter there's someone who can't remember how winter works. We've gone through this before. About 7 months ago, believe it or not. You can do this.

10 Tips and Warnings to Prep for Minnesota's First Snowfall

Don't forget to put your ice scraper in your car.

Speaking of cars, remember to take things slow, especially on fresh snow/slush.

It'd be a good idea to check for any leaks in your roof, too. So go into the attic or on the roof and take a look, you don't want snow suddenly coming into your house.
