Minnesota Breakfast Bar that Will Seriously Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth
There's a breakfast restaurant in Minnesota that has recently expanded to a new location. I believe their original location is in St. Paul and let me tell you, their menu is one that will have sweets lovers drooling.
The place is called Hope Breakfast Bar. They have that location in St. Paul, one in St. Louis Park, and their newest location is in Eagan. Their mission is actually really cool so let's talk about that before getting into their menu.

Giving Back to Their Community
The owners of Hope Breakfast Bar also run a non-profit called Give Hope. On the Give Hope website they say:
WE BELIEVE EVERYTHING GOOD STARTS WITH A MEAL.
GIVE HOPE IS A NON-PROFIT FOCUSED ON HELPING OTHER PEOPLE EVERYDAY — BRINGING THE COMMUNITY TOGETHER TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND SERVE THOSE IN NEED.
Because the same people are owners of both the restaurants and this non-profit, 3% of all of their proceeds from their restaurants goes to Give Hope. How cool!
Menu Items for the Sweet Tooth
Now let's talk about their food! Because they have this new Eagan location I checked out their menu and oh man, if you like sweet stuff get ready.
Some of their menu items on the sweet side include banana churro waffles, German chocolate pancakes, carrot cake pancakes, and a donut basket. And I'm just scratching the surface.
Don't worry, if you're more of a savory breakfast person they have that as an option too. They also have plenty of different and unique coffee drinks and boozy drinks too.
