Everything You Need To Know About the Free Walk Around The World Event in Minnesota
The calendar hasn't officially turned to summer but now is the time to plan all of the fun for these warm months in Minnesota. Coming up in June is a free, family-friendly event in Rochester, Minnesota that is full of music, vendors, food, and fun activities for everyone to enjoy. Did we mention it was free?
- WHAT: Walk Around the World Event
- WHEN: June 22nd, 2024 (rain date of June 23rd, 2024
- TIME: 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
- WHERE: History Center of Olmsted County (Get Directions)
- COST: Free
- WHAT: Two organizations, IMAA and History Center of Olmsted County, are coming together to bring this free event to all in Minnesota to celebrate the multicultural diversity in Olmsted County. This area has grown to be a focal point in Minnesota and throughout the world and this event helps celebrate the contributions that refugees and immigrants bring to the community. Enjoy cultural performances, ethnic food, vendors, and booths showcasing cultures and different community agencies.
