I'm a mom with three kids so believe me when I say that I have heard a lot of whining in my life.  I also ran a daycare for a bit so to say my ears can pick out whining better than most is an understatement.  And before Christmas, Minnesota went from being "Minnesota Nice" to "Minnesota Whine" and it was all because of something that was missing from our landscape.  SNOW.

If snow is what you want, Mother Nature is happy to bring it.  And it sounds like that is her plan.

Minnesota Went From "Minnesota Nice" to "Minnesota Whine"

I was a bit upset that we didn't have snow on Christmas morning.  That added touch of white precipitation just makes that holiday a little bit more magical.  But unfortunately, it was missing for most of our state and all I heard and saw on social media was "I want snow", "Christmas just isn't the same!", and "I want a white Christmas".

Ok, maybe "whining" is a bit harsh.

Mother Nature may have been taking a nap in December, but according to the latest prediction that I read, she needed that bit of rest because she is going to be very, very busy.  In fact, blizzards are predicted for us in 2024.
