Mad Illinois Man Burns Down Massage Parlors Cause He Was Unable To “Finish” After Paying For Sexual Services
A set of 2 fires near East St. Louis has left at least one person dead.
Last week, a man named Quentin Hanks confessed to setting 2 massage parlors on fire in Cahokia Heights, Illinois. They were One Spa and Fuji Super Spa. One Spa operated at the same address that Pink Spa did (Pink Spa was busted for being a front for prostitution in 2014).
Hanks had paid for sexual services at One Spa but the masseuse had "failed to gratify him sexually" and he was "unable to ejaculate", according to the affidavit. Hanks set the couch on fire around 3:00 a.m. The masseuse also worked at the nearby Fuji Super Spa so he set that place on fire too.

Hanks claims he was under the influence of marijuana. 7 people were able to escape the fire, but the body of one woman was found in the rubble. She has not been identified. The lighter that Hanks confessed to using was found in his car.
He's facing a federal charge of arson. He waived his preliminary and detention hearings and is headed to a grand jury.
Pink Spa 2014 Federal Case
69-year-old Kyong Suk Kipilla was indicted in federal court in March 2014 on charges that she broke up bank deposits to be less than $10,000 to avoid reporting the transactions to the IRS. The money is said to have come from Pink Spa (which is the current address of One Spa).
Fuji Super Spa is at 240 S. 88th St. and One Spa is at 220 S. 88th St.
Kipilla is the mother of the spa's current owner.
Kipilla got 2 years probation and was ordered to pay a $20,000 fine. Kipilla's son, who currently owns One Spa, did not return calls.
