SOLD! Take a Look Inside Kirk Cousins’ Minnesota Home
Earlier this year, Kirk Cousins dropped a bomb on Minnesota Vikings fans by deciding to leave the team to become the new QB for the Atlanta Falcons, now that he's gone, there is no need for a home in Minnesota.
The home, located at 10389 Andrea Trail in Inver Grove Heights, was sold on May 14th for $1,250,000, Cousins bought the house for $738,500, a more than 69% increase from what Cousins paid for the house in 2018 when the Vikings signed him.
The 4 bed, 4 bath home sits on nearly 3 acres of woods and open space, plenty of room for Cousins and his family to enjoy everything Minnesota has to offer, I'm sure he will miss our summers after one summer in Atlanta.

If you watched the Netflix show 'Quarterback' you may have seen parts of the house featured in the show, I remember a scene with Cousins enjoying time during the season around the fire pit in his backyard, that fire pit can now be enjoyed by another family.
Cousins singed a 4-year contract with the Atlanta Falcons for $180 million in 2024 after spending 5-years as the Vikings starting QB. Cousins played 88 games for the Vikings ending his time with the team with a passer rating of 101.2 and amassing 23,265 yards, 171 touchdowns and 55 interceptions.
Like Cousins has moved on from Minnesota, the Vikings have moved on from Cousins by signing free agent Sam Darnold and drafting Michigan QB J.J. McCarthy with the tenth overall pick in this year's NFL Draft, McCarthy joins the Vikings after winning a national championship in 2023.
