Winter Storm Warnings Linger Into Thursday For Counties In Minnesota + Wisconsin
While it's been an uncharacteristically warm winter with a lack of snow, it's still winter on the calendar and there are parts of Minnesota and Wisconsin that are seeing the weather returning to form.
While the northern portions of Minnesota, including the Duluth area, received no significant snow to speak of, you didn't have to travel very far south for conditions to change.
On Wednesday evening, our media partners at WDIO-TV warned motorists that conditions began to deteriorate near Hinckley.
While many areas of Minnesota and Wisconsin, including Minneapolis, remain in a Winter Weather Advisory, the National Weather Service says there are also two Winter Storm Warnings that will remain in effect into Thursday.
