
Woman Ejected, Killed in Western Minnesota Crash
Montevideo, MN (MinnesotaNow) - Authorities have released the name of a woman who was killed in a single-vehicle crash in western Minnesota on Sunday.
Victim Was Ejected during Crash
A statement from the Chippewa County Sheriff's Office says 32-year-old Selena Castro of Maynard was in a vehicle that went off a rural road and rolled over. The Sheriff's Office indicated the victim was ejected from the vehicle during the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Deadly Incident Occurred Near Montevideo
The news release does not indicate whether the young woman was driving the vehicle. The crash was reported at a rural intersection located approximately 10 miles northeast of Montevideo.
The Minnesota State Patrol is assisting with the investigation into the deadly incident.
