Rochester, MN  (KROC AM News) - What started as an apparent road rage incident in Rochester ended with a man in jail facing some pretty serious charges.

A 25-year-old man says he was driving his motorcycle near the Silver Lake swimming pool Friday evening when a car swerved into his lane. The man told police the driver of the car also pointed a handgun at him.

Police eventually located the suspect, identified as 22-year-old Michael Morrill of Hammond. According to a police report, Morrill has a conceal/carry permit.

He was arrested on felony assault and other charges.
